§ 27-5. Notice to remove from public property; failure to obey.

Whenever an enforcement officer ascertains that an abandoned or junk vehicle is present on public property, or is located in a place deemed to be a hazard to the public or traffic. The city has the right to low vehicles at the owner's expense.

B.
