§ 27-4. Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to any vehicles:
A.

Within an enclosed structure or building.

B.

On the premises of a business enterprise licensed and operated in a lawful place and manner to repair vehicles with current occupational license.

C.

In an appropriate storage area or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner and zoned for such purposes.
