§ 58-33. Sanitary requirements.

  • Every residence and building in which human beings reside or are employed or congregated is required to have a sanitary method of disposing of human excrement, namely either a sanitary water closet that is connected with the water and sewer system or an approved septic tank if the lot or parcel of land which is the site of such residence or building is more than 200 feet of any connecting line from the nearest sewer line of the system.
