§ 58-3. Penalties.

Latest version.

Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, for each offense, be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.00 or imprisonment for not to exceed 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the judge.
