§ 42-9. Depositing garbage or trash on streets, sidewalks, vacant lots or waters of city.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, sweep, place or deposit any garbage, trash, rubbish, weeds or filth of any kind on any sidewalk, street or alley or upon any vacant lot or into or upon the premises of any other person or into any waters of the city within the corporate limits of the city.
