§ 42-4. Yard trash and limbs.

Latest version.

Yard trash and limbs shall be separated from household garbage and shall not be placed in the same container. Limbs shall be cut in five-foot lengths which shall not weigh over 40 pounds. Leaves and yard trash other than limbs or branches shall be placed in plastic bags at the curb.
