§ 42-1. Garbage cans or receptacles required.

Each single-family residence within the corporate limits of the city shall provide at least one garbage can or receptacle of the specifications provided in section 42-2. Each multiple-family residence or apartment building shall be equipped with one garbage can or receptacle for each family residing in such residence or apartment building, which garbage can or receptacle shall be of the specifications provided in section 42-2. Each store, hotel, restaurant or other place of business located within the corporate limits of the city shall be equipped with such garbage cans or receptacles as may from time to time be specified by the city.
