§ 2-89. Payroll deductions.

  • Upon the request in writing of any officer or employee, the city council is authorized and empowered to periodically deduct from the salary or wages of such officer or employee the amount of the premium which such officer or employee has agreed to pay for insurance and to pay and remit the amount directly to the insurance company issuing such group insurance.
