§ 26-54. Enforcement official.

The enforcement official is hereby designated to be the code enforcement officer of the city to investigate and enforce the provisions of this article. This official is directed and empowered to inspect land on which a nuisance is suspected to exist, to receive all complaints of a violation of this article, and to enter upon any real property in the conduct of official business pursuant to this article. The official shall be responsible for providing all notices to affected property owners required by this article and to take such other action as is reasonably necessary to accomplish the purposes of this article.
