§ 18-66. Definitions.

    Roadside/yard sales as used in this article means the sale of tangible items of any kind or nature, including produce and food, offered for sale to the general public by the owners or their agents, or employees, outdoors. Such terms shall include all such sales known in common terms as "yard sales," "garage sales" and "rummage sales." This article shall not apply to activities for which a separate occupational license has been issued for the sale of such personal property at the location of sale.

    Site of sale and location of sale shall mean the physical location and place where items or personal property are displayed and offered for sale to the general public.
