§ 10-93. Penalty for violation.

Violation of the provisions of this article by any person or persons shall subject such violator(s) to a penalty in accordance with F.S. §§ 775.082 and 775.083, not to exceed a term of 60 days in the county jail, a fine of $500.00, or both. Any person convicted of violating this article shall also pay all costs associated with the capture or management of such livestock or fowl.
