§ 127. Authority under general law reserved.

Latest version.

The City of Lake Butler shall have the benefit of provisions of ch. 170, Florida Statutes, or of any general law of Florida regulating the making by municipalities of local improvements, special assessments and the issuance of bonds therefor, and it may proceed thereunder in addition to and notwithstanding the provisions of this charter.
