§ 32. Names to be placed on ballot for regular election.

Latest version.

The names of all candidates so qualified for election for the offices of city commissioner shall be placed upon the ballot in alphabetical order. In such election the number of candidates corresponding to the number of vacancies to be filled in the city commission who shall receive the greatest vote in such election shall be the duly elected commissioners of the City.
